Do you love what you do?  If you need a spark to keep your inner flame for the love of teaching and learning alive, join us on a deep dive into the heart of what it means to be an educator.

Based on the work of Brene Brown, Parker Palmer, and Angela Watson, this workshop weaves together the best of these author’s ideas in an effort to increase your EQ (Emotional Quotient) and uplift your spirit.

In this workshop, you’ll reflect upon yourself and your teaching/leading through the lens of these author’s writings.  You’ll learn to interpret the language of emotion and how it relates to the human experience within the school setting.  You’ll learn to decode fears and respond with heart.

Through workshop “Detours”, you’ll experience engaging activities that can be adapted for use with your own students or staff.

The primary focus of this workshop is You, your emotional well-being and self-care strategies to help you get back to truly loving what you do!
